Grameen America and Learning Horse, Inc. combined will receive $4.80 out of every $16, which totals 30% of gross revenues.
It should be noted that due to IRS filing requirements which are prohibitive to the little guy, our named recipients are not formal partners. We have, however, filed letters of intent to fundraise on behalf these organizations. The letters of intent were sent electronically on May 18, 2010. The Grameen American letter was sent to Mr. Dan Brodhead, and the Learning Horse letter was sent to Mr. Luke Reed.
All of our contributions will be a matter of public record. Receipts will be posted here on the 3 Sun Donation Log under Support.
